Today is a happy day since recently married Ali Zafar has his very first baby boy, Azaan. We congratulate Ali Zafar and Ayesha Fazli and hope that this moment fills their today and tomorrow with happiness.

God had blessed us with a baby boy. A little sooner than expected but the best thing ever to have happened to me. Can’t explain the feeling
“I’m going to work in Bollywood some day… act in a lead role,” said Ali Zafar to a friend who was accompanying him on a trip to Mumbai some six-odd years ago.
“That’s never going to happen,” shot back the friend. “Bollywood has never cast a Pakistani in a lead role before. It simply hasn’t happened yet.”
“Yes, but there’s always a possibility,” retorted Ali.
Fast-forward six years and it has finally happened. Ali Zafar has been cast as a lead actor in a Bollywood production titled Teray Bin Laden (TBL). A comedy film, he plays an ambitious Pakistani journalist who concocts a fake video of Osama bin Laden in order to further his career and move to America. The film is lined up for release this summer, but what is interesting to note is that Ali had been working on the film for the past two years, and during this time he kept it a well-guarded secret until the release date was confirmed. {Read More…}
Ali Zafar is preferring serious music this time. Probably the tremendous response to his sufi performances in Coke Studio sessions made him choose this genre of music. A good news for all his fans is that his new album titled ‘Jhoom’ will be out real soon. Currently he is working on a new music video, may be of his unreleased title song ‘Jhoom’ which he has performed for the first time at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2010. Ali Zafar will also be singing the songs for his debut film ‘Tere Bin Laden‘

..I’m thinking whether to release a single or a whole album. I feel that nowadays no one listens to a complete album….Guys this time it’s serious stuff…Album is to release v soon…

Overload: The show kicked off on the 16th with the first collection being by Nickie & Nina, and as the collection made it to the ramp Overload performed their insanely amazing songs to a cheering audience.
‘Tere Bin Laden’ is a tounge-in-check comedy about an ambitious young news reporter from Pakistan who is desperate to migrate to the US in pursuit of the American dream. His repeated attempts to immigrate are shot down as his visa is always rejected. But when things couldn’t look worse he comes across an Osama Bin Laden look alike, Ali then hatches a scheme to produce a fake Osama video and sell it to news channels as a breakthrough scoop!
